Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Eagran, Kate Motonaga brings the perspective of an executive who has led both the financial and operating sides of complex businesses. Her career includes CFO and COO leadership, global operations, and enterprise transformation across Fortune 500, privately held, founder-led, and private equity-backed companies.
That experience shapes how Kate leads Eagran and works with CEOs, boards, owners, investors, and executive teams. She understands the financial implications of business decisions, but also what it takes to execute those decisions across an organization. Her experience spans growth, capital allocation and investment, liquidity, operating performance, strategy, risk management and ERM implementation, restructuring, transformation, and organizational change.
Kate is particularly skilled at seeing the connections across a business, especially when financial results, operating reality, and management expectations are not aligned. She brings financial rigor, operating judgment, and an executive perspective to helping leaders understand what is happening, determine what needs to change, and deliver measurable business results.
